Much like our ethos in swim coaching, we believe that every athlete is individual and therefore deserves to be coached in an individual manner. We do not use a ‘one size fits all’ training program, because one size rarely fits all! During our initial consultation, we will talk through your goals on a short, medium and long-term basis whilst also carefully discussing important information which will help us build a truly unique training plan with an athlete-centred approach. We can arrange your initial consultation at a time and place convenient to you, via telephone or via Skype and will discuss all your triathlon goals, aspirations and concerns. Once we have a clear idea of where you are and where you want to be, we will design a weekly training plan completely tailored to you. We will deliver your weekly plan on a Sunday evening accompanied by a weekly or bi-monthly check-in telephone call. We believe that as well as having a weekly telephone call, we should be available to you throughout the week, so that is why we will be in regular contact using social media, Whatsapp, email, text, or telephone – whatever suits you best! As well as having a tailored training plan delivered to you weekly, we are also here to help you physically! You can arrange coached swim, bike or run sessions around your busy schedule if you feel you need slightly more support on your journey. These sessions are in addition to your plan, or can be arranged to compliment a plan you have with someone else! This is a plan that will work for you and all for just £50 per month!
