Kent’s ONLY Swim Smooth clinic!

Swim Smooth clinics are world famous and deliver an exceptional coaching experience plus all the information and tools to help you swim faster and more efficiently, with less effort. The clinic includes around 3-3.5 hours of water time. We start the day with an introduction and a classroom session before heading to our first pool session where we will video your stroke for later analysis. During this part of the session you can either swim yourself or watch your clinic mates swims, picking up tips and tricks from the coach on pool deck. We then retire back to the classroom for the analysis session, where we will go through the earlier footage of your swim and highlight key areas where you could develop your stroke, as well as learning about good techniques that underpin an effective front crawl stroke. We end the day back in the pool with a squad session designed to put you through your technical paces, showing you common drills and developing your technical ability in the water.

You will learn all about the Swim Smooth ‘Swim Type’ system, as well as the full stroke correction process. You will also discover essential techniques to help develop your open water swimming skill, pace and endurance.

The Swim Smooth clinics are considered the best in the world!
