Swimming has been a passion that’s close to my heart since childhood! I remember days spent with Dad on Sunday afternoons, and from there grew an appreciation for the technical side of teaching swimming. That same enthusiasm is still alive today; as an ultra-endurance open water swimmer and coach it drives me to give everyone the skills they need to take on any challenge – be it in pool or open waters. My methods are backed by science yet flexible enough so we can work together in order create tailored routines designed just for you while allowing space your own growth at your own pace. So get ready…it’s time set sail into whole new world of possibilities!
Debbie
Lake Manager
I’m new to TriSwim but swimming is in my blood as I’m a swim-Mum. I love being able to chat about anything to do with swimming.
I have a background in education and most recently a supportive role in a Grammar School, so I’m very much your “go-to” person for all things supportive and nurturing whilst you’re visiting us.
I’m very a naturally very chatty and sociable person, so please pop along and say hi!

Caroline Hurley
Owner of Swimming Without Barriers, is a qualified STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming and STA Level 2 Swimming teacher.
We are delighted to have Caroline join the Triswim team to provide open water swimming coaching for the deaf community.
Having faced many barriers herself, her aim is to help break these down. Her passion is to organise gatherings of swimmers with similar disabilities, or those who want to be part of a group to enable them to enjoy swimming without feeling embarrassed, anxious or ashamed of their skills and experience.
Lauren
Lake Manager – Lifeguard
Lauren is also training to be a nurse and works at a local GP, as well as being a Mum to two little rascals.
“I love being at the lakes and helping others to enjoy the lakes too – it is truly my happy place, even in the rain!
I also love the administration side of Triswim, so if you have any questions about memberships or swim tickets, feel free to ask me.”
We love Lauren and we hope you do too!
Sam
Head Lifeguard
Hi I’m Sam, I’m a competitive swimmer at British National Level and also an open water swimmer. I’m currently preparing to swim the English Channel with Joey in September, raising funds for the charity Brains Matter- an organisation that supports people who have suffered a traumatic brain injury. As well as helping to ensure your safety in the water, you’ll also likely spot me training in the lakes.
Leo
Head Lifeguard
Hi I’m Leo. Ever since I first started swimming with TriSwim back in 2021 to working as a lifeguard I’ve loved every moment. The TriSwim team are a wonderful group and seeing swimmers return week on week makes me so happy
