Swimming has been a passion that’s close to my heart since childhood! I remember days spent with Dad on Sunday afternoons, and from there grew an appreciation for the technical side of teaching swimming. That same enthusiasm is still alive today; as an ultra-endurance open water swimmer and coach it drives me to give everyone the skills they need to take on any challenge – be it in pool or open waters. My methods are backed by science yet flexible enough so we can work together in order create tailored routines designed just for you while allowing space your own growth at your own pace. So get ready…it’s time set sail into whole new world of possibilities!

Lake Manager

Hi, I’ve been lake manager at Chipstead since 2022 and I have really enjoyed becoming a full member of the Triswim family. Watching the sun rise and set over the lake, geese flying in formation and new swimmers gaining in confidence each week makes for a magical experience!

Caroline Hurley

Owner of Swimming Without Barriers, is a qualified STA Level 2 Open Water Swimming and STA Level 2 Swimming teacher.

We are delighted to have Caroline join the Triswim team to provide open water swimming coaching for the deaf community.

Having faced many barriers herself, her aim is to help break these down. Her passion is to organise gatherings of swimmers with similar disabilities, or those who want to be part of a group to enable them to enjoy swimming without feeling embarrassed, anxious or ashamed of their skills and experience.

Lake Manager – Lifeguard

Lauren has been with us since TriSwim was founded in 2015 and has been a hugely integral part to all we do.
Lauren is also training to be a nurse and works at a local GP, as well as being a Mum to two little rascals.

“I love being at the lakes and helping others to enjoy the lakes too – it is truly my happy place, even in the rain!

I also love the administration side of Triswim, so if you have any questions about memberships or swim tickets, feel free to ask me.”

We love Lauren and we hope you do too!

Lake Manager – Lifeguard

Coming from a keen family of swimmers, working at Bewl Water is a lovely way to spend time watching other keen enthusiasts enjoy the open water. I work as a swim instructor for 5-10 year olds outside of Triswim which drives my passion for the sport even more so. Being in the outdoors is really important to me along with being around like minded people.”

Ellie will be looking after swimmers at Bewl Water and is looking forward to saying hello to you all.

Head Lifeguard

I’ve been a Lifeguard for little under 2 years and have enjoyed every minute. I became a lifeguard because of my passion of being in the water and wanting to help and support the people around me.

I hope to pursue my lifeguarding career, gain experience working with all kinds of people in ever-changing environments whilst training for a spot in Team GB in rowing.

Head Lifeguard

Hi I’m Leo. Ever since I first started swimming with TriSwim back in 2021 to working as a lifeguard I’ve loved every moment. The TriSwim team are a wonderful group and seeing swimmers return week on week makes me so happy
