Based at the beautiful Tonbridge Sailing Club facilities with 2 water entrance points: wade-in slip-way, or deep water jetty. This wonderful, safe setting for swimming offers private changing rooms, toilet, and picnic areas. All members and spectators must sign in and out.

You do not need a TriSwim annual membership to swim at Chipstead lake, you can swim with us as a non member. However, joining with TriSwim discounts each swim and offers LOADS benefits.
Please bring and wear a brightly coloured swim hat for safety.
Upon your first visit we will require every swimmer to undertake a short safety briefing. This is ensure all swimmers are safe and are given all appropriate information in order to keep you safe and to enjoy your swimming experience. Your safety briefing is free with your membership and will consist of a dry land safety briefing and a 5 minute water based safety briefing – it is quick and easy!
Please note that children under the age of 8 can swim under a parent and family membership and non member swims FOR FREE with each paying adult.

Open Water 2021 at Haysden you do not need to have a membership but you will need to book your swims in advance. Your membership is a subscription which you can opt out of and cancel auto renewing from your account at any time.
Buying membership offers you discounted swims at all venues, the benefit of being able to manage your own bookings either by cancelling a swim and obtaining a refund, or rescheduling your swim up to 3 days prior to the start of the booking, access to all lakes and events, nutritional support and plans within your account area, discounted coaching, priority and discounted event entry, partner offers and more.
Please note that if you are booking a non-member swim ticket, please do so carefully as we cannot process any refunds or change your booking once ordered. If you would like to be able to obtain a refund or rescheduling, please join as a member.
Once purchased, your membership is automatic and stored on our database - you can purchase a swim ticket as soon as membership is purchased. You will find the discounted swim price for members only only AFTER you have purchased a membership.
Member swim - £ 7.50 per swim
Non member swim - £10 per swim
Solo membership is for everyone over the age of 16 or looking to swim without parental supervision and is £40 which gains you access for the season to ALL TriSwim open water venues. The season lasts for approx. 24 weeks which means your membership equates to roughly £1 per week, or 50p per week per lake - we think this is a bargain!
Family Membership (2 adults, 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children - only valid on children under the age of 16) is £90. Children under the age of 8 swim for for free with every paying adult. They must remain under your supervision in the water at all times. All children over the age of 8 must have a ticket booked.
Parent Membership (1 adult, 1 child - only valid on children under the age of 16) is £60. Children under the age of 8 swim for free with every paying adult. They must remain under your supervision at all times. All children over the age of 8 must have a ticket booked.
Coaches membership is £90. All coaches wishing to coach their athletes at our lakes must purchase a coaching membership and provide TriSwim with a copy of your appropriate qualification and valid coaches insurance. Any coach not complying with these regulations will be asked to leave and their coaching session stopped immediately.

Great location! Has the benefit of two loops, the big loop is around 1000m which means you get to do fewer laps and get less bored! Lovely on a sunny summers evening. Doesn’t have big waves because it is a relatively small lake. Only down side is it does get quite weedy in the latter stages of the summer, but otherwise its a great location.
